Frequently asked questions
- Do you handle my insurance claim?
- No. Texas law does not allow a contractor to negotiate your claim or act as your adjuster. We inspect, document, meet your adjuster on site, and provide detailed scopes and estimates.
- Can you waive my deductible?
- No. Texas law prohibits contractors from waiving, absorbing or rebating a deductible.
- How fast can you get to the property?
- Call (817) 632-5008 and we will schedule an inspection right away — usually within 24 to 48 hours, sooner for active water.
- Do you do the rebuild too, or only the drying?
- Both. We dry and demo the affected area and then rebuild it back to finished condition.
